  • My Lock Up — 13 stores including 3 development properties in the North-East, 186,730 sq ft and 111,000 sq ft under development (2024)
  • BWI Self Storage — 2 stores in East London, 27,000 sq ft (2024/2025)
  • Midland Container Storage — 1 store in the West Midlands, 40,000 sq ft (2025)
